Repost from UCO Ambassador @steve_yocom Gosh it's been a busy few weeks! From product shoots with @ucogear, to tourism with @visitnc. Next week I'll be dropping down into lower elevations with @tuckflyshop to make imagery for their new private fly fishing lodge, Thunderstruck. Once that's all said and done me and the pups are going to go find a nice and quiet place to camp out and enjoy the last bits of fall hanging around :) if anyone wants to join us I think mid week next week we'll be enjoying some fall colors on a lake via canoe !

"Halloween is both of my kids' favorite time of year. They carry the Pika Lantern to keep them visible while trick-or-treating. Since the Pika is rechargeable, it also works well as a Jack-O'-Lantern light, and the kids don’t get burned messing with candles." - Joe Ebsworth, E-commerce Manager #StayLit

Repost from UCO Ambassador Danielle O'Farrell @withthewildthings: "Finished the Lowest to Highest standing atop a windy, snow dusted Mount Whitney at 14,505 feet!! It seemed like an appropriate way to end an epic ~135 mile hike of extremes and insanely varied terrain. On our last day, I was feeling strong and set the pace for us leaving from Whitney portal at 4:30am. The temperatures were cold enough we didn't take breaks longer than to catch our breaths. As we looked into the distance, we looked back on our hike, seeing some of the more recent landmarks like Alabama Hills and the Inyo Mountains. This was a hike that challenged me and continuously surprised me with its beauty. As I hiked back down towards the portal, it seemed as if fall had suddenly arrived. I breathed in the cold air, smiled at the leaves yellowing on the trees and welcomed the season change and the end of my hike. Want to hear more about my hike and see some of the highlights?! I will be doing an Instagram takeover for @garagegrowngear to share more from the amazing route!"

Repost from UCO Ambassador @withthewildthings - "Feels like I landed on the moon, but this is the start of my Lowest to Highest (L2H) hike. Started later than expected after getting a ride to the start terminus with a past PCT FKT holder and having a surprise run in with @ungerwhere at Badwater. Made a detour to the lowest point in the Western Hemisphere to begin our journey towards Mount Whitney, the highest point in the lower 48. Trekked through a lot of brittle salt and the slogged through saturated salt, sinking each step. We sang and howled and looked at the stars and in the end it was worth it."
