Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable... Every step towards a goal requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle.
Looking back reflecting on last week I have so much work to do. So many flaws in my posing, so many old UKBFF traits that need addressing. Nobody is harder on myself than me, I will always take constructive criticism off my peers, the judges etc and run with their feedback.
I have a massive case of over dieting and restricting calories too much leading into a show. It's hard when you prep yourself and push for "REAL" conditioning, also having that balls to wall work ethic, I never know when to reign it in. Suffering the way I do isn't doing me any favours and this is something I have to address going forward.
One thing going forward like I always do is progress, progression is fundamental in bodybuilding, and I will come back a better bodybuilder.
