(Swipe)This is weekly average macros, and calories for May and June. The weight posted for each week is the average of daily weigh-ins. If you compare this to the post I made for April you'll notice the increase in carbohydrates did not result in weight going up. Weight actually went down slightly even though calories stayed relatively the same.
Some might say it would be impossible to increase carbohydrates without weight gain, much less to have weight loss, but the warmer weather of May and June brings on more outside activities. More outside activities equals an increase in TDEE through NEAT. The slight dip in weight could be temporary if my activities are reduced. .
