155cut down to 149
I have only seen 149 3 times this year on the scale. A week before the bodybuildingcom #250kchallenge2018 challenge ended and a few days after. I know it's just a number but when this year started it was my goal to get Below 150. I started at 184. I hit 148.2 a few days ago. This program is getting me the results I have been struggling with the last few months. Getting that last layer of fat off is very tough. But so is this trainer! I don't often omit things are hard. I like to be challenged and I like to rise above. So to say this trainer is hard please note that it's f****** hard. so why do it...
I catch my arms in the mirror all the time now. I'm more vascular than I've ever been in my life. Seeing hamstrings finally! Noticing quad seperation when flexing. Finally starting to lose that lower belly pooch. And in all honesty that was the goal when this year started. I'm giving it my all. I'm not able to keep up with posts daily as I intended. Working full-time, being a wife and a mother of six I had to cut out everything that was extra to allow enough time to complete this trainer successfully. I'll be on and off IG but wanted to check and share my results to motivate and encourage.
