I can’t believe it: I’ve reached (and passed) the 75-pounds milestone! This is one of the MAJOR #milestones for me because it’s the halfway mark.
Most importantly, it is the result of activity-based daily goals: Exercising, eating healthily, getting enough water, and rest
For anyone who asks me how to do it and how to keep it going, my BEST advice is: Find what works for you and is SUSTAINABLE. .
If you are restricting yourself from all your favorite foods, if you are doing exercise that you don’t enjoy, if you’re eating foods that you don’t enjoy just because they’re healthier options... stop that! .
Start over and make gradual changes. Add more water to your daily regimen, and start adding veggies. Make the veggies in a way that you’ll enjoy them, try new preparations until you find what you like.
Find exercises that you enjoy - or at least hate less. Do a little bit and slowly add to the length of your workouts until you get to at least 30 min/day. .
As you go along, you’ll find that you start to enjoy it more because of the way you feel afterward.
