Happy Sunday So a lot of people actually have trouble getting the consistency of açaí and smoothie bowls right.. and the trick is to: 1. Use only a dash of mylk/coconut water (i like to use half and half) it's better to add more as you go 2. Use frozen fruits (bananas, blueberries, frozen açaí) Tip: add superfoods eg. maca powder, flaxmeal or protein powder for a great post workout meal (you can use "LAUREN20" at Raw Sport checkout - linked in bio ) 3. Use a high power blender! I found that a nutribullet for example doesn't work very well and you'll have to add more liquid.
