I sat this morning after my early flight (was worried as I didn’t check in on Facebook that I was there) for the first time in a long time I had no clients to train or a baby to feed, clean, stop eating dog food ( you know how it goes) I began to evaluate things, how am I doing? Am I pushing the right information out there? Am I happy with what I am doing.
Of course the answer is yes but then the train pulled up and it brought me back to the start of the whole process. Reminding me of why I picked #functrain as the perfect name for me.
Yes, the easy answer is functional training shortened, but that’s not all. I love the train analogy. People get on and off at different places, their starting points are not always the same neither are their end destinations and yes there are stops along the way ( for some a lot more than others) but we are all destined to get there.
The same as in fitness, health, wellbeing however you want to call it. And I want to help you! No matter what you are looking for, where you are at, where you want to get to. There will be a journey we can take and why not do it together! Bring a friend sure!
