Training like no other. Slo-Tec Agility progression training gives individuals the opportunity to learn proper techniques for advanced foot movement while strengthening joints, bones, and muscles. Improve movements and range of motion, strengthening muscles and stabilizing of joints, and increase speed ,agility, reactivity, and quickness. (SARQ) While improving the human body we build a grid training platform (drills) to unlock human potential and understand how it will translate to game like situations.
