Trying out the 500 calories (well 530 to be exact) OMAD prolong fast, and seeing how it goes. 2oz of BBQ pork rinds and a scoop of peppermint bark Keto Meal (mixed with water).
If I feel great after tomorrow’s workout, I’ll keep going. If not, I’ll shut it down. I should be alright, but you never know what could happen. I’ve gone 48 hours and felt great, and there have been times it felt a bit off. So we shall see. 🙂
