This journey all started with a SHAKE and the willingness to TRY my best. I jumped in knowing I needed a whole lifestyle change. Quick fixes and "lose weight fast" were my mindset prior and I was always left hangry, tired, and eventually gaining more weight back. Only to be left more depressed and defeated not wanting to try anymore. (Thank God I gave it one last TRY🙌) After starting on this system I knew by day #5 this was different. While other diets left me tired by now, I was gaining energy and clarity like I had never experienced before in my life. The weight loss side benefit was a bonus!😉 So....
YES drinking 2 meal replacement shakes a day along with whole foods is what I do,
