If we consider that the weaknesses occupying your mind are temporal, and could pass eventually, it would seem like if we “just wait” everything will be fine. Thats just not progressive enough. The longer we allow these things to linger, the greater of a habit they become. There is a technique that we could use to overcome these negative patterns fairly quickly so they don’t become detrimental habits. This technique? CONFRONTATION!

I couldn’t take it anymore
It’s not that I wasn’t mindful and fully aware of what I was doing. I knew! I just didn’t want to confront anything, because I allowed my weaknesses to tell me not to connect with my higher self, and there was no confronting happening for me. Within that space, physical issues began to happen as well. Tension, stress, autonomic nervous system issues, and more. I’m sure y’all see that meme floating around, but yes it’s true. “If you don’t fix the negative sh*t in your head, you won’t fully heal”. The human mind contains an energy in which the pattern of weakness is formed. This can happen when you’re telling yourself untruths which are self-defeating. Untruths like “I’m not ready”, “It’s not time”, “It’s too hard”, and the brain literally doesn’t know the difference between those thoughts and reality. Your thoughts have the power to create success and achievement, but we must confront our weaknesses. Face-to-Face. Gloves off.
Start by being realistic about your negative thoughts or weaknesses in your daily life. Understand that if you are relying on your weaknesses, you are not showing faith to your highest self. Have faith in YOU. Be grateful for YOU. Remind yourself over and over that the power within you is infinitely more powerful than of that temporal BS!
