While I am feeling better mentally I am still struggling to get myself moving in the mornings, always need an excuse to get and go and this is affecting my cycling. Additionally I was lighter and happier but people were telling me I was too thin, needed more weight, I don't think more weight has helped.
So thoughts during today's ride is a new regime - back onto my food plan and diary, weekly weighing, etc. Back to the weight I felt happy at with more positives for my cycling. Time to get out of my rut.
