I often get asked in the gym about my vascularity. The truth is, a lot of it is genetic, but there is something you can take to increase blood flow and give you a better overall pump.
The amino acid “L-Citrulline”, I take 6 grams 30 mins before my workout. There are many pre-workouts that include L-Citrulline, but you can also purchase it on its own and add it in.
