MY FIRST HIIT WORKOUT VIDEO IS NOW UP PPL !!! Please feel free to let me know what you think! I’ve been getting more & more into these types of workouts because you Burn SO MANY calories & most of the time you’re working out your whole entire body!! 💦 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This was sort of an “easier” hiit workout sense it’s my first one to post! 🤘🏼

I did this workout for a total of 3 rounds!! 💥 But I challenge you to do 4!! I was covered in sweat by the end & felt so accomplished!! 🔥burned a total of 390 calories, & all it took was 25 mins!! AMAZING RIGHT! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Die Dauer kann auch sehr variieren und hängt von vielen Faktoren ab: dein Alter, dein Gemütszustand und ob du in der Früh direkt nach dem Aufstehen oder am Abend trainierst. Sogar das Wetter spielt eine Rolle wenn du draußen trainierst! Aber vor jedem Training ist immer die mentale Vorbereitung ein sehr wichtiger Faktor, was viele nicht wissen... Gehe davor immer im Kopf dein Training durch und bei jeder Ausführung denke an die zuständige Muskeln 💪 💥 es erhöht deine Performance und schützt dich auch vor Verletzungen!
