I don’t even know where to begin with today’s workout!  After doing 20 minute workouts I was far from prepared to workout for an hour straight. 😳🙊. I was prepared by waking up extra early this morning because I knew I wouldn’t make it through the entire workout without Q needing me to stop at least once🤔. Then the outcome of Shaun-a-thon literally had me exhausted!  Instead of going on with my day I just wanted to go to sleep! 😴 now of course we know that didn’t happen 😬 but I am happy to say that after this morning there is just one more day of transform 20... then into another round 😅. .

I really feel like my form is getting better on my deadlifts. I took some advice and tried to apply it as best as i could! 
Second video is a first for me. I have always been super hesitant about doing Barbell Front Squats. I finally bit the bullet and gave it a shot. Something i will have to incorporate more on legday for sure! Definitely not comfortable but i will keep at it!

Hey! Today was the last day of my 30 day workout challenge and these are the results! Hate to be one of “those” people who post stuff like this but I’m really starting to be happy with my body again! Left is before, and when I was eating horribly, barely any sleep and stressed, now I’m much more healthy and can wear a crop top and be confident! I posted this to my snap and got such lovely feedback! You are all so wonderful thank you!!! My workout:
30-1 hr treadmill 100-600 sit ups (however many you can push yourself to do) 45 squats 2min plank 10 push ups 1 min wall sit, limit yourself to less sugar, eat more green food and less red meat 
For the first week cut this in half, get lots of sleep, drink lots of water!

🙋🏾‍♀️Tag a friend who could use a sexy arm workout 😇🙋🏾‍♀️ Anything exercise you do with a DB, You can do with a band. Sometimes you have to be creative💡🤸🏾‍♂️😄 These killed my arms for days.

I did 12 reps, 1 set and boy did I feel muscles I didn’t know exited. I can not stress enough how bands can change your life haha. You can literally build the body you want( with proper nutrition of course 😉). Do you guys prefer music or hearing me dying? I kind of like this format because I feel like you can hear what goes on behind the scenes sometimes 😅🤔. The struggle to get fit, the love/hate relationship. I think my most asked question from people is “ how do i get a flat stomach?” And the truth is, everyone is different and finding what works for YOU is very important. If having a six pac is your goal, you have to lower your body fat to a certain level( diff for everyone). What works for me is doing a full body, strength training, 3-4 times a week. When you work multiple muscle groups, you burn more calories through out the day.  You can’t expect to get shredded without proper nutrition. Eating a healthy, balanced diet is a must if you want a healthy gut. So eat a wide variety of fresh fruits, veggies(dark greens and vibrant colors), and replace refined grains with grains in its natural, unprocessed state. 🍏🍌🍉🍇🥦🍆🥬🍠🥕🌶
✅some other things to keep in mind✅
1️⃣Alcohol 🍷 - CARBS & PRO =4️⃣calories per gram and FAT =9️⃣calories per gram ALCOHOL =7️⃣calories per gram (hope that makes you THINK next time you want another drink)
2️⃣Drink a lot of water💧💦- to help clean detox your body and help with weight loss. 
3️⃣Get enough sleep💤- sleep deprivation can lead to chronic overeating. We tend to make bad choices when the body is not functioning the proper way 
4️⃣ Consistency🌝- being consistent is very crucial for any goals you want to accomplish. Make small changes and over time, those small changes will be a big change. Be patient and learn as you go.❤️

When you work multiple muscle groups, you burn more calories through out the day. You can’t expect to get shredded without proper nutrition. So eat a wide variety of fresh fruits, veggies(dark greens and vibrant colors), and replace refined grains with grains in its natural, unprocessed state. 🥦🥬🥕🌶 some other things to keep in mind 1️⃣Alcohol - CARBS & PRO =4️⃣calories per gram and FAT =9️⃣calories per gram ALCOHOL =7️⃣calories per gram (hope that makes you THINK next time you want another drink) 2️⃣Drink a lot of water- to help clean detox your body and help with weight loss. 3️⃣Get enough sleep- sleep deprivation can lead to chronic overeating. We tend to make bad choices when the body is not functioning the proper way 4️⃣ Consistency🌝- being consistent is very crucial for any goals you want to accomplish.
