Happy Friday🥳 It’s finally the bank holiday weekend and I am so excited to have 3 days off work, to just chill and enjoy the sunshine🌞 
I finished off the working week with a little leg session this evening🔥 This is what I did;

Activation:
1️⃣Banded Hip Abductions x10 (each leg)
2️⃣Banded Kickbacks x10 (each leg)
3️⃣Banded Ski Squats x10
4️⃣Banded Crab Walks x30s
🔁Repeat each exercise 3 times🔥

Workout:
1️⃣SM Ski Squats x10 (superset with exercise below)
2️⃣SM Lunge Pulses x10 (each leg)
3️⃣SM Calf Raises x15 (superset with exercise below)
4️⃣DB Stiff Leg RDLs x15
5️⃣Seated Calf Raises x15 (superset with exercise below)
6️⃣Laying Hamstring Curl x15
🔁Repeat each superset 3-5 times🥵

This is one of those quotes that has a lot of meaning for me. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized how much of my growth is due to change. Although at the core I’m still essentially the same person, I’ve evolved in many ways. The things I enjoy, the things I believe in, the things I care about have changed over the years and that’s ok because that means that I’m moving towards my goals and dreams. I’m not afraid to be uncomfortable to be able to move in the right direction. The difficult part about this is that not everyone in your life is going to like it. They’re not going to like that you are changing, but what I also realized is that those are the type of people who aren’t supporting you and aren’t cheering for you. It’s ok to let those relationships go. At the end of the day, those who truly care about you and want you to be happy will cheer you on and support your evolution.  So don’t be afraid to do you and know that you’re true support system will come to light. 💕

There are so many amazing activities, which literally leaves us with no excuses not to stay active! Personally, I love HIIT training combined with weight lifting 3x times a week + ideally a yoga practice 1x a week to calm my mind and flex my body.

Here I got a chance to do a sunrise yoga on a beautiful rooftop in Bali, overlooking rice fields and beautiful colors of the day breaking through. Moments like this are so magical 🙏

It was a good workout today.  My shoulder is getting better. It does not hurt.  I don't use to much weights.  I will not look like Arnold 😁what's ok!😁

Dumbbell only leg workout! We’re hitting all of the legs today - quads, hamstrings, and glutes! No one said you had to use a barbell to have a good leg workout 🤫 You’re going to be doing 4x10 for each of these supersets:
