HOW TO MAKE PROATS!

️first thing i do is use quaker simple and wholesome oats. when looking for oats, look at the label! you don’t want extra ish added to it (sugar, loads of salt, no protein, etc.) i don’t measure my foods but i use about 1/4, or 1/2 cups of the oats.
️add more water than you think! when you stir it in you want more water than oats so when you add your toppings it will be smooth and not chunky and grainy 🥴
️put in the microwave, heat HIGH for 2 minutes. stir it first to see if you like the consistency if not put in more water or put it back in the microwave to heat more.
️add 1/2 scoop of @pescience cake pop protein and stir that yummy ish innnn!! depending on how watery or dry my oats turn out i add about 1 tbsp or sometimes 2 of almond milk to help it be more smooth. .
️i then add my fruit, whichever one is your fav! i add 1 tbsp of vanilla almond butter on-top and there you go!
sometimes i add almond milk reddi whip if i have a bigger sweet tooth ontop, but just a tinnnyyy bit.
MACROS: 10.4 g of fat, 55.5 g of carbs, 24.5 g of protein; 390 CALS!
