I wake up, I brush my teeth, I drink water and take my pill supplements. I then make breakfast and then proceed to the gym (or some kind of exercise). After that, I have another meal. I use the rest of the day for work (unless specific plans were made). I have one more meal before preparing for bed.
Preparing for bed: I start by brushing my teeth, after that, I take my pill supplements once more, and then proceed to stretch for 10mins. I get in bed, and read a few pages of a book, and then write in a journal until one page is filled.
I follow this routine 7 days a week, and I have for years now (sometimes the order of work and gym changes). To master the mundane is to master life itself. Creating a set of daily habits is a powerful tool in priming your being, and keeping your mind and body as sharp as possible. Success isn’t some magical thing that happens overnight.
