Make time to howl and rage alone. Even if it’s a solo dance party or an email to yourself. You send how many people emails at work, sharing your thoughts with them about WORK. Why not spend time to reflect on yourself to and take some damn notes. Invest at least as much effort on your personal, long term growth as you do at your day job.
