First video attempts 150kg with overhand grip, narrow stance, weight from the ground. Almost fainted, you see me have a little wobble and gag, thus no way getting it the second try.
Second video - two weeks later 150kg on 25kg plates as blocks, they just help reduce the end of range weakness I have. Left hand underhand grip with a wider stance. Manage to get one.
Try modifying techniques to get things done, it may help with your strength and less pain during a movement.
Try wider stance to give move stability
One underhand grip usually gives more grip on the bar - less slipping of hand grip, there's torsion force on the bar. .
