сегодня хочу поделиться способами,как увеличить дневную активность.⠀
она важна не только для тех,кто хочет похудеть,достаточная физическая активность= хорошее здоровья,и как бонус,подтянутое тело.⠀
⠀
если ты не занимаешься каким-либо спортом,то ты всегда можешь начать заниматься дома.⠀
да,лень,знаю,но ты же хочешь быть в хорошей форме?⠀
скачивай приложения(по типу "30 дней пресс/ягодицы") и занимайся,это займёт буквально 15-20мин твоего дня,не так много,правда?(а результат отличный,знаю по себе)⠀
не нравятся упражнения? бегай/прыгай на скакалке/танцуй⠀
⠀
утренняя зарядка⠀
во-первых,начав делать ее,ты почувствуешь себя гораздо бодрее в течение дня⠀
во-вторых,ходят слухи,что если делать ее под любимую музыку,то весь день тебя будет преследовать хорошее настроение⠀
⠀
нужно сходить за продуктами/одеждой?⠀
ноги в руки и вперед!⠀
съэкономишь деньги и пройдешь пару тысяч шагов⠀
⠀
каждые 20-30 мин вставай и ходи по комнате минут 10⠀
долгое сидение заставляет нашу попу принимать форму того,на чем сидим(это правда так,отсюда может появиться квадратная попа😱)⠀
⠀
пробуй плавать,да запишись даже на карате или бокс,вдруг затянет?)⠀
⠀
низкая физ.активность не дает ничего,а вот ее увеличение помогает:⠀
⠀
-улучшить состояние тела,сделать его еще лучше,а следовательно сделать тебя более увереннее в себе⠀
-улучшить работу мозга,ты станешь лучше запоминать информацию(да-да. об этом я напишу пост,когда дочитаю книгу)⠀
-укрепить сердечно-сосудистую систему(кардио упражнения)⠀
-дисциплинировать себя⠀

ну,а что насчет тебя?⠀
ты довольна своей активностью или хотела бы улучшить?

Tahini Chocolate Truffles 🍫 
These mouthwatering truffles are so good that you may want to make a double batch as they will be gone in no time. Great on their own or served with an after-dinner coffee, you may also pack them in pretty boxes to give away as gifts. They are super easy and fun to make so the kids will love to get involved.

Yield: 12 truffles
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: None
Recipe Type: Dessert, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten-Free
Cuisine: Mediterranean

Ingredients:
Truffles
• 1/4 cup Mama Tulia Tahini
• 1/3 cup Mama Tulia Chocolate
• 1/4 cup toasted almonds, coarsely ground
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, divided
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa, divided
• 1/3 cup cooked drained chickpeas
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• A pinch of sea salt
Garnish
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons toasted cacao nibs or grated dark chocolate
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Preparation:
1. Line a plate with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Add all truffle ingredient to a bowl and mix until well-combined. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place onto the prepared plate and repeat until all mixture has been used.

3. Roll the balls into the desired garnishes and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a 
week or freeze for up to 2 months.

このところの猛烈お気に入りのひとつは、手作りのコスメティック。
巡り会ったのは昨年の1月、友人開催のコスメ手作りWSにご飯係として関わった時の事。
参加している皆さんの楽しそうな様子に、「私も作ってみたい!」と思ったのでした。
ひと月後、講師の方にやや強引にお願いして体験レッスンをしていただきました。

以下いただいた案内文から。
*エシカルコスメのセオリー*
1.素肌に負担をかけない天然成分100%であること。(合成、石油系成分は使わない)
2.古来からの伝統美容、自然療法のエッセンスを取り入れたものであること。
3.人や地球に優しい循環で、環境汚染の心配のないものであること。 *エシカルビューティーとは
美容を通じて社会や環境に配慮する考え方で「ヘアー、ネイル、メイク、ファッション、フード」などすべてを通じて女性が美しくなる過程で、その行為が環境と社会に配慮したものであるという考え方。

体験レッスンで私が作ったのはクリームファンデーションとフェースパウダーとチーク。
精製水と植物油、乳化ワックスを湯煎にかけて攪拌。
そう!まるでマヨネーズを作るみたい!
天然鉱物の無機顔料を加えて自分の肌色にちかくなるように調整。
精油と天然防腐剤を入れてクリームファンデの出来上がり。

フェースパウダーは、マイカとかコーンスターチとか、クレイやシルクパウダーなどのパウダーに自分の肌に合った色材(天然鉱石)を混ぜて乳鉢でスリスリ擦り続けて完成。

チークは天然のパウダーに色材を混ぜて作っています。

自分の好みの香りの精油を入れるので、使うたびにウットリ。

難点は、保管。
夏場は冷蔵庫に入れます。
あと、早めに使い切らなくちゃ!...ってとこ。

そしてもう一つ注意は、自分で作って、自分で使うこと厳守。
人にプレゼントしたり販売は法律上できません。

私のこの夏は、UVクリームとクリームファンデーションが大活躍中。
そろそろ無くなりそうなので、また作りたい。

抹茶蜜をかけずに小豆の甘さで抹茶寒天を食べてちょうど良い感じです。

Quite proud of my relatively low carb, high fat, dairy free and grain free loaf 🍞 inspired by @thelarderproject 😍 • I literally just stuck random amounts of almond meal, sesame seeds, coconut flour, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, coconut oil, eggs and water into a bowl, mixed it around to form a bread mixture consistency and then cooked it at 180 fanbake, until a knife could come out clean!

Update: she’s a lil bit crumbly, but still yum 🙌🏼

Exploring French Markets 🥬🧐

I’ve had such fun over the last few days exploring the markets in the Loire Valley. Markets are great to find seasonal & local produce, which have so many benefits:
▫️fruit is usually fresher & ripened by the sun ensuring more nutrition- more antioxidants & vitamins
▫️you will be supporting local farmers & reducing your carbon footprint
🍅
Shopping at local markets is also a way to take back control of what you eat because if you cook you're own food from ingredients bought from a farmer down the road, you don't have to worry about what else might have gone in there like you do with pre-prepared food.
I get inspired walking around & finding seasonal produce & creating dishes to use them in.

Aren’t these radishes just so vibrant in colour?
☝🏼Did you know that red fruits & vegetables are coloured by a natural plant pigment called lycopene. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that can help reduce the risk of cancer and keep our heart healthy.

The power of fruit and vegetables is real people! 
People often say to me, wow! Penny is such an awesome eater.... How do you get her to eat so many things? 
The truth is, I just gave her an abundance of fruits and vegetables every single day. We always tried new things, we still do. And I’ve always spoken to her about why they are so good for her. 
Penny has also been part of a worldwide health program for a while now unofficially 😜 when she turns 4 she will be officially in. She has added in wholefood capsules and they have contributed to her eating so well too, they’ve also helped her gut health and encouraged her to drink more water. 
I think our lifestyle speaks for itself when at almost 4 she’s only ever had one infection, one virus, only once needed antibiotics and has had colds I can count on one hand.

SPRING ENTERTAINING✨Happy Saturday friends! What a glorious day it is today! As we make our way into Spring, more of us may look towards doing some more entertaining with friends and families. Whether it is a picnic down at the local park, a barbecue by the beach or a slightly more sophisticated dinner party. This dish is one of my faves for entertaining and suits all the above occasions as the perfect accompaniment or starter. You could even build on it to make it more of a main (burger or open sandwich style). I first assembled it for a friends wine night, and since then have made it over and over again. On my plate: flaked smokey salmon on baguette with dill, capers and a creamy mascarpone. Simple food, done well! Yum! ☀️

Radish is a variety of common radish. It is grown in many regions of the world. In Poland, it occurs mainly as a cultivated plant, but temporarily wild. Black radish and Japanese radish are also found in the crop.

Red radish was already cultivated in Egypt 2000 years ago. We don't know its origin. Some people think that it came from the Mediterranean basin, others that it came from the Far East. Wild radish continues to grow in China and was introduced by the Chinese to Central Asia in prehistoric times.
