When you’re dehydrated, both exercise & cognitive performance is impaired, and that’s just what we can perceive on the surface. Many more functions are impaired as well, so incorporating more of these water dense foods into your diet might help you stay hydrated.
Without getting enough water in, your cells, tissues and organs won't be able to function properly. Getting enough water is also very important for muscle and joint health. Your muscles need water to be able to contract properly - as it provides nutrients to areas of your body! To ensure you're getting enough water in every day, try adding some more of these foods (that are high in water content) to your diet! You should still aim to drink about 2 liters of water per day but adding some of these foods will give you some extra hydration and a refreshing boost!
