So, for the recipe:
HUMMUS: For the hummus, I blended up (about 300g?) of chickpeas with loads of tahini, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic and cumin. I also added in one roasted yellow pepper (although this made it a tad too runny on the first day, I quite liked the consistency on the second day).
WRAPS: The wraps were just water and flour (50 g water for 150g flour) and salt kneaded, flattened and heated up in a very hot (and lightly oiled) pan.
VEG: Just sauté or roast whatever veggies you have (I used and , as well as some ) and add - 4 hours ago
