DINNER 🍴7 point grilled cheese with chicken bacon 🤤 I have salsa chicken with black beans & corn meal prepped, and planned to make tacos with it....but sometimes you just really want a grilled cheese! I used Dave’s Power Seed bread (5 points for 2 slices), Stop & Shop American Cheese made with skim milk (1 point for 2 slices!) and Al Fresco Chicken Bacon (1 point for 4 slices). ————————————————————————

Today’s food:  Breakfast (not pictured) was leftover blueberry bake with crunchy almond topping. (10sp). It did not disappoint!  So dang good.  Lunch was a hearty salad - also not pictured.  Spinach. Kale. White beans. Tomatoes. Carmalized balsamic onions and citrus balsamic dressing. (5 sp). After work I made a quick snack of white bean tomato cucumber salad topped with dill and of course anything but the bagel seasoning.  No other dressing was needed. Soo good.  The old me - would have snacked on processed junk for sure! Cheezits whatever.  Proud of this NSV.  Dinner was fat free refried bean burritos with roasted peppers and onions.  The ole wraps are only 1 pt and have flax seed in them.  They are wonderful.  Topped two burritos with organic salsa from @Costco and had a 2 pt dinner.  Off to spin. Lunch- left over chicken stir fry (f) green beans and bean sprouts (S) mushy peas (f) and @mayflowertastesgood curry sauce less than (1.5)

Air fried Tri Tip and blue cheese cauliflower mash from @traderjoes for lunch. I tried to make my own cauliflower mash a few times and it was not as good as this and takes way too much time for me. TODAYS MEALS: Tea, breakfast and lunch. Tea was a chicken, cheese (2nd HEXA) & branston pickle (2) toastie. 400g 4x slices for 8 syns. Lunch was chicken and sweetcorn pasta salad (batch cook pic included without salad) with (1) syn of mayo. Breakfast was 2 biscuit brew and 2 Jaffa cake bars (HEXB) and a packet of pombears (4) so this was my (15) syns for the day but then I had a sneaky Vienna lolly too so will keep tomorrows syns low🙊🍗🥪🥗

What a crazy Monday!

Breakfast: Cereal with almond milk and the best tea you’ll ever have! Lol
Lunch: Taco Bell bean burrito, fresco style with guacamole and tangerines 
Supper: leftover chili with rice (I’ll be sharing this recipe soon!) 🙂
Dessert: chocolate and peanut butter ice cream 
I’m not rich, I don’t live in “paradise” and I’m by no means perfect. Just an “everyday vegan” trying to show a little about what it’s like living the vegan life. Very few meals are truly “instagram worthy” and that’s the point, IMO the world needs to see more “regular” vegan meals. It’s not all coconuts and tofu y’all lol

Hello everyone! ✨👋🏼 I hope you had a good day ! 
Mines was pretty good, I’m spending the week at my dads and we are having a lot of good times together 💫 
Here’s a little spontaneous eating day with my dad, sometimes spontaneous is the best, because you don’t have any other choice than letting go. 🌬 and it feels so delightful. ✨
• 6.30 AM: protein shake (my last cappuccino taste which is my fav’, SO DIVINE, so I really need to go get some more 🙌🏼)
• 10.40 AM: made myself some toast and some sweets 🍓🍪)
• 1.30 PM: lunch 🥗 🍤 I don’t know why, but I’m CRAVING seafood these days and this lunch was so divine and satisfying 💫
• 6.00 PM: few 🍬 and 1/3 of salty 🍿 from the movies because we went to watch “John wick” and GUYS this movie’s sooo cool (highly recommended 🎬). So here’s my spontaneous and intuitive eating for today with my dad ✅
And again it feels so good to let it go and enjoying your day for every moment and not letting your food obsession control the way your day will gonna be. 🤜🏼

What I ate today - 22.05.19

Breakfast: 250g of vanilla skyr with granola, cornflakes and strawberries 🍓 
Lunch: a mix of leftover beans, a fried egg, a piece of rye bread, pan fried mushroom with garlic and oregano, hummus and carrots 🥕
Snack #1: Rest of the leftover bean mix
Snack #2: an apple 🍎 🍏
Dinner: vegetables with a cream sauce, chickpeas with thai green curry spice mix and new, danish potatoes (I ate about 3 potions) 🥔🥦
Not pictured: a banana I ate as a late night snack 🍌

I love being at my parents - the fridge is always filled with lots of delicious leftovers and food 🥗 Lunch was a good mix of leftovers and whatever I was craving at that time 😋 But I didn’t eat that much, so it was nice with a little extra later in the day - especially after I went for a long work in the nearby forest 🌳🌲 And for some reason I was just really hungry today 😅
Dinner may not look like a lot, but it was absolutely amazing- my mum really knows how to cook veggies 🥦 The rest of the family was eating meat so I just quickly threw together some chickpeas and spices on a pan - my go to when I want some quick protein 😊

I just returned from a vacation where I over consumed food(mostly carbs and fats) and many drinks - and I have no regrets! - however, I'm feeling the bloat and my body is begging for a little reset!⚙⠀

This is an example of what a 1-2 day detox would look like for me: Low carb, low fat, and loaded with veggies. Meals are listed below and explained in the parenthesis💡⠀

Meal 1⃣: ⁣#fasting⠀(I have plenty of fuel in my system already hense the bloating)⠀
Meal 2⃣: cottage cheese(protein and probiotics) and @barleans chocolate silk superfoods powder (vitamins & minerals)⁣🥄⠀
Meal 3⃣: ⁣Large salad with grilled chicken, peas, mushrooms, sweet onion and #bolthousefarms yogurt dressing (volume & micros)🥗⠀
Meal 4⃣: Almond milk, egg whites (whey protein makes me more bloated), more Barleans, avocado and ice. (I drink as much liquid as I can to flush out my system. Water and tea throughout the day!)🥤 ⁣⠀
Meal 5⃣: Salmon (omega-3s reduce immflamation/bloat) over zucchini noodles (low carb, high volume) 🐠 ⠀
Meal 6⃣: egg whites and asparagus (natural diuretic to flush the system)🍵⠀

Bloating sucks but it’s only temporary (and so is this meal plan) so I’m not worried! Because I practice macro counting, I have the knowledge and strategy I need to get right back where I like my body to be!👌🏼 ⠀

Wednesday // Evening ~ Tuna pasta bake with a side of oven baked aubergine - 70g pasta, 1 small tin of tuna 50g, 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes, added fresh cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, 1/2 onion and topped with 30g cheese and oven baked for 15 mins. Aubergine was thinly sliced and cooked in the oven 10 mins per side. Finished with 0% yoghurt , chopped apple and honey 🍯 😋 - Breakfast today 40g ready brek with a banana - Lunch jacket potato with left over stew from last night, 1 muller light

I had a follow up appointment with my dr today to get my bandages changed so I took advantage of being able to get out of the house for a bit!  We went to lunch at our local Mexican Restaurant.  While we were there the sweetest lady came up to our table and introduced herself and her mom, she recognized me (and my hubby) from following me here on the IG!! She and her mom are both doing AMAZING on #ww!  It was soo cool to be able to meet them in person!  So Hey Ladies! (If you happen to see this) Y’all totally made my day! 👋🏻 -
Counting my lunch as 12 points (I only ate half) my local restaurant isn’t in the app so I just tracked a comparable taco salad. 🌮

These are my 3 meals yesterday. I didn’t take a picture of my wheat thins snack or my mini cheesecake. I don’t normally eat two frozen meals in one day but my dinner was in the fridge one day too long and it was mushy 🤢 so I improvised. I could have gone out or ordered a pizza but I ate my little garlic chicken rolls instead 🤷🏼‍♀️ Breakfast: @daveskillerbread English muffin with cinnamon sugar (less than 1tsp) and 1/2 of cottage cheese with TJ’s #everythingbutthebagel seasoning 
Lunch: Mini bag of Cheetos (160 calories) and a #healthychoice meal. This one is my favorite and I’m so glad I tried it! Chicken pot pie. 
Dinner: @leancuisine garlic chicken spring rolls, (180 calories for three, yes I ate both 😂) with a little buffalo sauce. 
These plus 16 wheat thins, 2tbsp of some spinach artichoke dip from the grocery store, and my mini cheesecake (low cal recipe a few posts back) came out to 1790 calories for yesterday.
