Using up all the food before we leave for our trip back to the East Coast. It’s amazing what I come up with when I’m forced to be creative with what I’ve got, I hate to waste food so I always try to make something even if I have to freeze it for later.
Today I made a curried vegetable bolognese over brown rice spaghetti.
SO. GOOD! The flavors were insanely delicious.
