Okay but no lie. I have been feeling really good about my body/fitness lately which is very new for me cause I genuinely haven’t really felt like that before. I’ve been working damn hard though. Which is something I can be and am proud of. BEST SESSION OF THE YEAR!

So I had 4.5hrs sleep, fasted (no food) through to the gym, woke up fatigued, rushed my session, BUT managed to get to the gym and F###KING KILL IT!
-
I increased 4 out of 5 lifts and added a whole set of 10 reps into my deadlift total! 😮 -
Some days sessions are crap and you really have to grind through every rep, but today when I least expected it and was least prepared produced an amazing session!

Also repping my new training apparel, thanks @underarmour @therock 💪🏼

Feeling Stronger already ! 🔥💪🏽 Eeeep I was really excited /  a little anxious to do this foundation strength class. I have been saying for a while that I wanted to start doing some weights training but also kept putting it off. Luckily for meeee I have an incredible , kick ass , boss babe of a friend who opened her own gym called @centrestrength . Once I got there I was a keeen bean and was also surprised by my own strength!
