BEST SESSION OF THE YEAR!
So I had 4.5hrs sleep, fasted (no food) through to the gym, woke up fatigued, rushed my session, BUT managed to get to the gym and F###KING KILL IT!
I increased 4 out of 5 lifts and added a whole set of 10 reps into my deadlift total! 😮 -
Some days sessions are crap and you really have to grind through every rep, but today when I least expected it and was least prepared produced an amazing session!
