Gosh I used to be such a schmuck 5-6 years ago. Teenage Ry did like sports tbf but would’ve opted for the Ben & Jerry’s and TV binging sessions a few years back! What saved me: well I’m far from perfect now, but having purpose and serious intent (you’ll know I’m VERY ambitious if you know me in person), taking on some responsibility for myself and others around me, trying as best as I can to fix my excuses and flaws and serve others. All that cliche stuff that IS cliche because it’s universally true! 👍

I still can’t believe I completed a 72 hour fast! The first two days was hell but the last day was okay. In fact, my headaches disappeared and my appetite along with it. I felt...good. I will just stick to 48 hours of fast per month instead of 72 though.
To celebrate, I wanted to eat JUNK lol but the healthy delicious kind 😂.
I made this no carb fried chicken and no carb cheesy garlic “bread” and crunchy chicken skin. It was cracking considering I pretty much winged it (pun intended). Also note, no salad present 😂
INGREDIENTS
For the chicken...🍗🍗🍗
I got the recipe from Pinterest but I added celery salt to my pork rind mixture for the coating and marinaded my chicken before hand in buttermilk, salt and pepper and thyme, paprika. I also baked mine NOT fried.
For the no carb garlic🥖🥖🥖
📍100g Mozzarella cheese 🧀
📍50g Cheddar Cheese 🧀
📍50g Leicester Cheese 🧀
📍1 Egg
📍1 tbsp butter
📍 1 tsp garlic powder
Mix it all together and shape as desired on a non stick or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook in the oven on 220c for about 15/ 20 mins, garnish with parsley then slice and ENJOY 😊.

Nothing says “healthy food” quite like vibrant, aesthetic fruit 😆👍🏼
I’ve got a killer sweet tooth so when i’m trying to stay lean, finding low calorie foods that keep me full is important! Eating fruits are the perfect way to satisfy that sweet tooth while getting good nutrients and staving off hunger. Strawberries are the fruit of the day today! Rachel and I have eaten 2 cantaloupes and a watermelon over the past week or so, there’s nothing better than cold melon on a hot summer afternoon! Melons are perfect not only for getting something sweet but also for staying hydrated! Remember that even fruits and vegetables must be controlled for calories! Just because a food is nutritious does not mean you can eat as much of it as you like. Don’t forget to drink your water, it’s hot out! 😎

🌀🌀FULL RECIPE (by @delish)
INGREDIENTS (10g of net carbs for all of these ingredients) you can calculate net carbs by dividing the number of cookies these ingredients give you by 10). That will give you net carbs per cookie.
2 large eggs
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 3/4 c. almond flour
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 c. keto-friendly granulated sugar (such as Swerve)
3/4 c. dark chocolate chips (such as Lily's)
Cooking spray

________________ 🌀 DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the butter, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir in the almond flour, salt, and Swerve.
2. Fold the chocolate chips into the cookie batter. Form the batter into 1" balls and arrange 3" apart on parchment lined baking sheets. Flatten the balls with the bottom of a glass that has been lightly greased with cooking spray.

We all have! Maybe, you have even lost progress? It's okay! It's actually just part of the process! .

We have our days where we do great, and everything is perfect! Then there are days where we aren't 100%, have unexplained weight gain, get sick, etc...... It happens! Before you get discouraged, I'd like to remind you that progress is not linear! Most people expect progress to be consistent, but it's  not realistic! It's actually more of a zigzag, to the finish! .

I have had clients get frustrated with some weight gain, then weigh themselves later, and tell me they had their lowest weigh in! It happens to everyone! .

Premièrement: Le faire pour soi.
Quels que soient vos objectifs, assurez-vous de le faire pour vous, rien que POUR VOUS.

Deuxièmement: ne speedez jamais.
Inutile d'acheter mille et un produits d'un seul coup, les changement radicaux peuvent rapidement vous saouler, commencez par des gestes assez simples.

Troisièmement: pas d'interdiction.
Ça nous arrive de manger un burger avec des frites de temps à autre, c'est ce qui est d'ailleurs parfait pour notre propre motivation.
Faites-vous plaisir de temps en temps, car si vous vous privez trop, vous risquez de revenir rapidement à vos anciennes habitudes.

Quatrièmement: ayez des repas savoureux.
Apprenez à assaisonner vos repas avec des fines herbes et épices tout en variant les modes de cuisson, car oui prendre des légumes à la vapeur et du riz blanc tous les jours est assez chiant ya sahbi

Et enfin: de la variété.
Le manque de variété vous pousse souvent à abandonner la bouffe saine. Donc essayez de varier le maximum de repas durant votre semaine.
