Yesterday I posted meals 3 to the end of the day which was meal 6 ended by a protein drink. So I thought I'd just show you meal 1 and 2. This will be the same food for 4 weeks apart from one last structured re feed.

So Meal 1

ROLLED Oats 60g with water
I used zero calories, fat and carb honey syrup as you can see.
This is actually my favourite meal when in shred.

I eat this at 8am after 45 minutes of fasted cardio and then a further 45mins just fasted where I shower, get dressed etc and then get Tennison up for school. This all plans in so we can have breakfast together relaxed and fresh.

I would then drop to school and go straight to the gym taking a 200mg caffeine tablet currently.

Ever felt so exhausted you just want to eat like 500 doughnuts? 
Firstly, if you do end up going off of your target don’t beat yourself up. It happens and you’re human. Try if you can to get a grip at that first moment instead of spiralling into “f*ck it mode” because that initial blip won’t make as much of a dent into your progress as the complete jump off the bandwagon. Maybe tomorrow you’ll feel fresh and able to even up your calorie deficit? It is after all, an average calorie goal which can fluctuate daily and still end up in deficit by the end of the week. (Message me if this makes no sense)

Anyway, here are my coping strategies, some may work for you and some may not.
.
1️⃣caffeine- just going to put it out there, some people can’t consume it but I can so I do lol. Just remember if you drink it throughout the  afternoon it remains in your system and can affect your sleep later on. I don’t drink more than 2-3 strong ones and rarely after 12-1pm.
2️⃣I make meals substantial and filling. It’s so easy to graze throughout the day when tired but I try to fit my calories into 3-4 decent sized meals a day with loads of lean protein, spices for flavour and a tonne of veg to bulk it out for less calories so I stay feeling FULL. That makes me less likely to snack.
3️⃣when I can, I nap. I’ve practiced this so much I’ve got it down to a 10min catnap which makes a big difference. I used to be someone who said “oh I just can’t doze off and when I do I feel like rubbish when I wake up” I was just napping for too long- so I set an alarm. It’s a lifesaver!! It doesn’t hurt you to just lay still for 10mins whether or not you doze off. But by trying it you may find you also nail the art of the nap 💪🏼
4️⃣I don’t take my purse out! Because it’s highly likely I’ll still want to go to little Tesco for a snickers and a packet of squares that I don’t need because it won’t actually make me less tired, only sleep will ultimately do that. 
5️⃣I tell myself “I don’t need it, I’m just tired,[high cal food] won’t help me wake up...only sleep can help that. It doesn’t matter what I eat so I may as well stay on track towards the goal I’m working so hard to achieve”

You got to admit, at least it sounds better than "Happy Monday!"🙏 On the plate for today :
- Regular Iced tea (lemon flavour)
- Half medium sized carrot, some sauteed green beans (1/2 tsp ghee), 6 almonds
- Coconut flour bun sandwich
(1 egg, a pinch of salt, 1/3tsp dried basil, 2 tsp coconut flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder : mix it in a mug and microwave it for 60 seconds. Take it out, cut it in 2 pieces)
-Filling : leftover scrambled cottagecheese (paneer bhurji)

There is a very simple way to lay out your meals, which should help improve your health and drop body fat:

🥕Vegetables should take up the majority of your plate (roughly a third). Veggies will keep you fuller for longer and are full of micronutrients and fiber .

🍖Protein should take up another third of your plate. Protein will also keep you fuller for longer and provide your body with essential amino acids for muscle growth, repair and maintenance of many bodily functions .
.
🍠Carbs and fats will depend on your goals and how much you eat per day. To keep it simple for my online coaching clients at the start, I will split the remaining third of the plate into a starchy carb and a fat. Alternatively, you could have a serving of fruit after your meal as your carb choice .
.
This is by no means an advanced way of calculating your macros but it’s a great way to keeping things simple and ease you into the magical and wonderful world of nutrition 😃

1 Pound of fat in the human body is equal to 3,500 calories. 
Eat 500 calories less than your body needs a day, will result in losing 1 Pound.
Still confused? 
Calorie deficit is when you burn more calories than you consume. 
This requires the body to use some of it’s stored energy (fat). If you want to lose weight / burn fat, the only way todo this is being in a caloric deficit.
