The Italy Cinematic Story (Swipe for Vid)
Our Italy adventure started in Venice. We had such a magical night in Venice the last time we had visited, we made sure to return and this time we had a magical day on a small island in Venice called Burano. We spent the day laughing, eating lots of gelato and exploring their fun colorful streets. Someone (Dani) may have accidentally falling asleep by one of the canals during our break. I guess I just couldn’t handle all of the excitement!
Then we made our way to Florence. Although it was a lot colder there this time of the year than we remembered we made the very best of it. We went on a vintage Fiat 500 Chianti Countryside Wine tour and explored the enchanting Boboli Gardens.
From Florence we went to Rome. Rome was the first for both of us and we had never expected how much we would love it. The amount of history the city holds is endless. We woke up very early one morning and explored as much as we possibly could. We ended up being some of the first people at the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. We ended that day with a “take away mojito and pina colada” sat by the Spanish Steps, listened to the street music and took in Rome’s beauty.
The next day we went to The Vatican Museum which left us both speechless. We were there until closing and if they weren’t closing we would have stayed longer. We could not get enough of it’s beautiful corridors filled with art. The Sistine Chapel was extra special for me because as we were taking in its beauty @ferns_francois was whispering in ear all of the stories behind the art work that engulfed the chapel.
We both consider this trip to be our favorite so far and for those craving more information we will be doing fun facts in the story of this account and will be posting some fun, informative videos to our YouTube in the future. So stay tuned!! Cheers friends. We hope you enjoy our work and always look forward to your feedback. ️ - 12 minutes ago
