You can only live as good a life in match to how good you feel, ~ physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
Quit buying into your excuses, you need to make yourself (health) a priority.
So if your excuse to not exercise or grow yourself on a personal level is:
I’m not in good shape
I have no energy
I don’t have time because of work or kids
MAKE THOSE EXCUSES YOUR REASONS.
You’re not in good shape, well damn you better use that as your reason WHY you should take that first step and get exercising consistently.
You have no energy. Your reason why should be you want more energy to enjoy ALL of life and so use that as your motivation to take care of yourself.
You don’t have time or energy because of your kids. Your excuse is your kids, make them your why! Taking care of yourself gives you the energy you need for your kids plus time naturally feels abundant when you’re in this state of health.
