As I woke early this morning I paid my respects to our ANZACS + the legacy in which they have carried forward for many years.
Fighting for truth, for sovereignty, for humanity, for dignity, for the land.... And it got me thinking, are we still at war?
Yes. Very much so.
Sure, there is a war going on which I can't even grasp.... or put into words.
But what I want to talk about is the war in which we are at with OURSELVES.
The constant battle within the mind.
The self-hatred and loathing.
The negative self-talk.
The deep seated root of unworthiness.
The despair, the lack, the misuse of love... So many of us are at war with ourselves. And it pains me... We've never been told YOU ARE PERFECT THE WAY YOU ARE, JUST AS YOU ARE by the mass media and places of high control or influence.
Instead it's more like; BUY this or DO this to yourself and you'll find happiness, acceptance and love.
Don't speak your truth, dim your light, do everything you can to fit in, and move far away from yourself and the unity which happens from within just in order to survive in this world.
It's time to raise the white flag and make peace with the person who you are.. To unite with your truth and let love lead the way.
To embody all that you are and let the world see your fullness.
You are destined to be YOU.
You are gifted with a precious body.
YOU ARE WORTHY of RICH love, happiness, joy, and abundance... And..... YOU DON'T NEED TO CHANGE A THING.
All it takes is COURAGE. Courage to be who you truly are.
And to see yourself as a worthy human being, deserving of giving and receiving love equally.
STOP listening to the media and all the toxic rubbish trying to control you and steer you far away from your truth.
STOP beating yourself up and being at war with yourself.
STOP accepting that this is it.
STOP believing the lies you are fed that you aren't worthy or loveable just the way you are.
START accepting, loving, embracing, and being who you are. Just as you are.
START making peace with your mind/body/soul.
START believing in yourself.
START loving who you are from the inside out.
I see you. You are worthy. You are love. - 7 minutes ago
