Don’t let your apparent identity on Instagram define and dictate who you feel you really are. How you are perceived is nothing, who you are is everything. Do you, but also be you!
I’ve documented and will continue to document a lot about fitness, about health and about training. I have documented about my prep and will do the same with future preps but recently I have been trying to expand my social horizons. To show that although I truly love competing, training and nutrition and chasing that - I want to show that me and my life is much more than being stage lean for a competition, macro tracking and that normal life itself is worth documenting too .
I love training and eating to fuel my progress, but part of all that is equally loving all things outside of training. Walking, practicing some yoga, maybe even a night out or an occasion. Getting into condition is rewarding, I truly love every minute of it and will continue to love and chase creating a physique I can show on stage. However, I love going out for food, socializing with family & friends and now finally I am loving and accepting my body how it naturally is shaping to be. Here’s to progress and here’s to memories and experiences! We CAN do both and we CAN be both - 1 hour ago
