Today is the full moon and if you haven’t felt it already, there is definitely a “heavier” energy working around us. For those of us that are more sensitive, empathic and intuitive, don’t be surprised if this leaves you feeling a bit somber, quiet and introspective. But it isn’t a bad thing!
A full moon is a beautiful time for a cleanse and fresh start. This full moon in particular will stimulate change and growth. Which makes it the perfect time to cleanse old wounds and past emotions. Allow your heart to heal by letting go.
I know that this can be easier said than done. But the process can be smoother when you accept the feelings through self awareness and create space for yourself without judgement. Nothing you’re feeling is wrong or bad. If uncomfortable feelings arise, see the beauty in the universe giving you this opportunity to release it. Conflicts, hurt feelings, unworthiness, fear, etc.
This reminder always helps me: If it is for you, it will come to you. No chasing, no anxiety and stress. What’s for you can never pass young. Trust the process.
