We have done thousands of burpees, hours of planks, and pages of gratitude lists. As my #planksandgratitude challenge enters it’s final week, it is time to release my March challenge! 🥁🥁🥁🥁
I’ve decided this month to focus on WHOLE, CLEAN, NUTRIENT-DENSE foods by completing the Whole30.
With an emphasis on avoiding common allergens, inflammatory, and processed foods, the Whole30 program encompasses everything I value in choosing the right nutrition plan. By eliminating certain foods for a period of time long enough to reap the benefits of a digestive “reset,” we can begin to reintroduce them (slowly) into our diet and make educated decisions about what makes us feel great, and what makes us feel not-so. I have always been fascinated by food and the way it works as a fuel in our bodies to enhance our physical performance and mental clarity. I do not 🏻♀️ believe in dieting, so let’s be clear about that! Cutting out entire macronutrient groups and restricting calories might temporarily aid in fat loss, but in the end this is unsustainable and causes a major “emotional yo-yo”. Let’s eat like we LOVE our bodies, by building them and helping them grow stronger (not trying to make them disappear). Read thru the link in my bio and DM me if you have any questions!
How to participate:
Eat CLEAN, WHOLE, NUTRIENT-DENSE foods
SHARE your healthy meals with me by tagging @arielevewhite in your stories and posts 🥦Let’s hold each other accountable and enjoy the journey together
