I run these groups for women who need the extra support to stay on track, or need a shoulder to lean on, or to just simply be a friend in their own fitness journey.
You don’t really get that at the gym.
So these groups serve as a private space for that, and your home is your gym.
No leaving the house.
No feeling like people are judging.
No worry about babysitters.
No long drives to the gym.
And it’s crazy because my drive to the gym was the same amount of time as my 20 minute workout 🤨
AND, my confidence and motivation sky rocketed when I started doing what was best for me, and working out in the comfort of my living room - 47 minutes ago
