This morning when my alarm went off at 4 am i thought of a million excuses as to why i should stay in bed here are just a few, i was at er with husband till late last night, I'm tired, its cold out, my chest muscles hurt from yesterdays workout with @bossyfitnessdiva , snuggling is nice, i always feel like I'm waking everyone up, it wouldn't hurt to miss one.
I could keep going but then i started thinking about my whys, i have 149 days till i need to be figure show ready, i am participating in this thrive fit challenge (who doesnt love a good challenge through the holidays) with many friends put on by @messybunmillionaire and @tanya_moorehead , if i do the zumba video i found on youtube i could brag to my bestie @amberridgley , its only 20 minutes, i have goals, my days are better when i start with sweating, i would prove to myself i am strong, etc.. So i got my booty up and tried my best to follow the moves and got a good sweat on.
