This wasn't an easy workout this morning. I very rarely drink alcohol anymore, and Friday night, I went out with my fiance to celebrate 4 years together, and I had just 2 drinks. Even though I took yesterday as a rest day like usual, I could still feel the affects of the alcohol, on top of coming down with a head cold. I freely great afterwards, but it wasn't easy. Staying hydrated, and ensuring I get plenty of protein and carbs in body the last couple days, on top starting a new challenge this morning.

I was not sure I was going to be able to get my workout in today. Lost power just before 2 this morning, didn't come back on until just before 4, AS I was in the middle of getting up and getting dressed. Pre workout helped me power through with the loss of sleep.

Does anyone else feel more energized after working out and feel extremely tired on rest days? Yesterday was my rest day, even though I went for an hour and half walk and turned into be an active rest day, I was extremely tired, and today I feel more energized today after the end of my workout. I know part of it is thanks to the pre-workout, but even without it, I still have more energy.

My workout this morning. I had to do all these without any equipment, so it turned out to be more of a body weight, low impact workout. The cons of working out in someone else's home and not having access to your equipment, but I got it in. No excuses
