These pork ribs are made for two men at home.👨👦My son loves meat these days. I think it is because of his growth spurt. Perhaps this pork rib will last for one, maybe two of his meals. Nowadays I wonder how well he is doing without my nagging. Did you brush your teeth? Are you eating your vegetables? Are you reading books and not just playing computer games? 😢 I am worried about him. I think I need to make a video call.

I used some soju, onion, green onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, whole peppercorn, red pepper, soybean paste and instant coffee powder to get rid of that porky smell.
Cook the pork ribs for an half-hour and rinse well before adding the marinade.🥣👩🍳
* ½ cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup rice wine (or mirin)
* 2/3 cup water
* 4 tablespoons honey
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
* 2 tablespoons red pepper powder.
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 3 tablespoons minced garlic
* 2 tablespoons grated ginger
* 1 cup onion (150 g)
