S L E E P ... I call this my ‘I want to be like by hubby who falls asleep before he’s even done saying ‘good night’
I fall asleep in less than 5 minutes, sleep deeply & wake feeling more refreshed & energized than ever before.
Diffuser: 4 drops each bergamot + Breathe. Relaxing, calming, helps open airways & the aroma reminds me of a spa Feel free to diffuse what works best for you, right now this is my jam
Serenity Softgels: I take 2 immediately before I plan to fall asleep (after I’m done reading, ready to turn lights out, etc.) These contain lavender, l-theanine, and some other plant extracts that all contain sedative & anxiety/stress reducing properties. They are non-habit forming & can even be used on older children (aprx 60lbs & up).
Copaiba Softgels: I take 2 anywhere from 10-30 minutes before I go to bed. Copaiba is analgesic (pain relieving), helps with anxiety, stress, nervous tension, is anti-inflammatory & a powerful antioxidant. Other concerns it can help with (which may not correlate to my sleep success but could benefit you): respiratory problems, urinary/bladder/kidney concerns, incontinence, & muscle aches & stiffness.
Terrazyme: I take one at the same time I take the copaiba soft gels. Terrazyme is a blend of food-derived enzymes and mineral cofactors that help digestion of certain fats, proteins, and sugars, & also help absorption of important nutrients. Can be taken with or without food - when taken on an empty stomach, it keeps digestive & cell cleansing functions going which in turn help remove toxic debris from the body, allowing all systems to function more easily. It’s important to note that adding Terrayme at bedtime can help your body produce the hormones & chemicals needed for sleep, because it helps the body continue to break down the foods we’ve eaten all day & create an environment for us to absorb the nutrients we need, which is what our body uses to make things like melatonin, serotonin, etc.
