I feel so normal, how ridiculous does that sound? 🤦🏼‍♀️ we spent our morning hunting Puffins in Sumburgh and now we’ve enjoyed a yummy brunch (there’s now a pattern in my hunger, with it surfacing around 10.30am) and when I selected what I wanted I did it with ease based on exactly what I FANCIED! ( the most amazing BLT bagel 🥯🤤) Who’d have thought that was even an option 😳 - I feel so silly for the binge/restrict cycle I’ve been in. Gewichtsupdate 🎉
Ich habe diese Woche 0,5 kg zugenommen 😊 Das heißt, dass ich jetzt insgesamt 3,9 kg zugenommen habe 😱🎉 Momentan läufts echt gut und mein Bodyimage ist auch recht gut 😊 Leider habe ich zuhause immer Stress mit meiner Mum, was meine Laune etwas drückt, sie arbeitet nicht und da ich jetzt ja auch nicht mehr zur Schule gehe und ich 24/7 mit ihr zusammen bin, artet es wirklich manchmal aus, da sich unsere Charakter offenbar garnicht gut verstehen. Ich bin kein Mensch des Streites, ich HASSE Streit, aber diese Frau bringt mich immer wieder zur Weißglut und ich hoffe, dass ich dieses Jahr endlich ausziehen kann. Ich glaube, wenn wir und ab und zu mal sehen, ist auch alles gut, aber nicht täglich, das geht einfach nicht. Ich will euch jetzt auch garnicht mit meinen Family-Problems nerven 😂
Ich habe auch eine gute Nachricht und zwar habe ich eine Eismaschine gekauft und will bald mal Eis machen 😱😏❤️ Ich freu‘ mich einfach total 😁

Last run on my marathon training plan done and dusted, just need to collect my medal on Sunday now.

This was a slow, easy run, but to finish my training on a high I ran all the way up Coxs Hill, no walking or stopping, yay. Anyone that knows me, knows how much I struggle with Coxs, but it is a head game rather  than whether I can physically do it. Today I was in the right head space and I knew getting to the top would put me in the right place for Sunday.

I didn’t want to turn into one of those people who posted fitness stuff all the time 🤳but stuff it, I can see why nowI’m bloody proud of myself. If I can do it anyone can. When you take that progress pic and realise 😲...I have come a long way in loosing that baby weight after 3 kids. The hard work 😓..consistency pays off. PERFECTION DOES NOT EXIST....

This week I've been talking to a lot of people in the gym, clients and members.
__________

Why do most people expect perfection?
__________

Why do most people feel like their weight loss or strength goals just go in a linear fashion?
__________

No bumps or hard times along the way?
__________

We are in a time now where people expect perfection, I dont know where this came from (maybe social media I'm guessing, pictures with their fancy house or car or some shit like that) however, perfection does not exist. Stop waiting around for the right time to do things, if you do it will never get done.

We are all human at the end of the day.
__________

The reason for this photo is because before this race my training was going PERFECT and I stood on that start line and EXPECTED PERFECTION... long story short I ran one of the slowest times I ever have run for 5k.

Huge Recoverywin ♡ Intermezzo bei Freundin essen 🍕

Es tut mir so wahnsinnig leid, dass ich so wenig poste, aber ich bin halt irgendwie viel lieber in der Story aktiv 🤷‍♀️🤭
Ich habe mir jetzt aber vorgenommen mindestens 2× in der Woche etwas zu posten 😏
Wie vielleicht einige schon mitbekommen haben, habe ich mich jetzt für die Klinik entschieden. Aber für die Anmeldung brauchen wir noch eine Einweisung und mein Arzt ist erst ab Montag wieder da 😕normalerweise müsste das meine Psychologin machen, aber die ist im Urlaub und geht in den Ferien auch nicht ans Telefon🤷‍♀️
Trotzdem haben wir schonmal in der Schön Klinik in Bad Arolsen angerufen und die bearbeiten die Anmeldung sofort wenn alles da ist 😊
Trotzdem stehe ich jetzt auch schon wieder vor der nächsten Entscheidung: Schuljahr abbrechen, weil ich dieses Jahr schon 3 Monate gefehlt habe? Oder in die 10. gehen, alles was ich in der Klinik verpassen werde nachholen und BLF und so kommt auch noch dazu..Ich weiß, dass dieser Weg mit sehr viel Stress verbunden ist, aber ich möchte wirklich nicht in die Klassenstufe unter mir 😬.
Zur Zeit bin ich gerade auch wieder am struggeln, was essen angeht..Ich bin den Großteil der Woche alleine zu Hause gewesen und dies hat die ES schön ausgenutzt 🙁. Mich plagen sehr viele Gedanken zur Klinik und darunter eben auch die Angst, dass ich zu dick bin und deswegen nicht ernst genommen werde..
So aber jetzt zurück zu weniger negativen Dingen, heute werde ich noch Food shoppen gehen, also wenn ihr irgendwelche Empfehlungen habt 😏
Ansonsten ist mir eigenlich den ganzen Tag langweilig, ich habe nicht wirklich was zu tun, weil ich ja nicht weiß wie es weiter geht 🤷‍♀️

Yes, I’m a power lifter doing isolation hamstring work. 
My hamstring are weak as, like super weak. The only way to get them to pull their weight is to train them, so here it is. Full range curls that feel awful.

Day 4: no calorie counting today! Feels nice to not track anything but nothing nutritious has been eaten and I am missing my veggies and protein! 🥕 definitely overindulged  today but there is no guilt, i was a little annoyed at first for unexpectedly going off plan but sometimes it saves your sanity to eat all the goods and not track food 🍨😌

Stop always worrying about how you look.

Stop always thinking you have to be lean, or be on a “diet”.

Instead, focus on your performance.

Focus on nourishing your body to fuel you for your day and support your health.

Since average lifter’s hamstrings are often underdeveloped, don’t let it be you 👀 Aim for at least 10 sets with minimum of 3 different hamstring exercises that target all three muscles (your outer and inner hams) in your weekly schedule 💪🏼
.
I like to split legs into 2 separate sessions (guads and hams on separate days) with three days inbetween to allow for a sufficient recovery 💁🏻‍♀️

Here are some of my staples:
▪️Kneeling leg curls (single)
▪️Romanian deadlifts
▪️Lying leg curls 
Which I combine with glute exercises on my leg days. I also start with the compound movements such as Romanians or hip thrusts and do isolation exercises last. What’s your leg routine?👂🏼
