I had a really quiet house on this Sunday morning.
I could hear the crickets outside, odd because my house is usually filled with kids, animals, people, music and noise. Energetic noise and physical noise.
And it can be rare that I get these moments of silence.
And that is why I must create moments or pockets of time in silence
Times in my life where I can think
Times to meditate
Because it is in the stillness we heal.
And we can create these moments of silence and stillness for healing or we can have someone hold the space for the stillness that will allow for the healing to begin.
When we're healing we need those moments of reflection. We need moments of space.
