💪 Exercises for shoulder instability: Part I💪
🙌: People with shoulder instability can have pain/weakness with repetitive activities like throwing, swimming and etc. Also, people present with pain/weakness with overhead activities, decrease strength to the rotator cuff and periscapular muscular. In these patients it is key to progressively strengthen and load them in those positions.
