Past two training days were brutal. Barely had time to do squats Thursday before having to leave very abruptly. Did 435x5x5. Last set shown. Strongman Saturday went great. 605x5 at 16-17” felt good. I felt I could go heavier but I’m happy with the progress I’m seeing in the first 3 weeks of pulling again. Then 630 and 700 on the yoke without a belt. Overall, strength is coming back beautifully. I’ll be more than prepared for the comps I’m doing this spring and summer 😎

PR today on single arm dumbbell press finally got that 60lbs up😊 probably b/c @greg105k just added lbs & I didn't know what I was pressing 🤣🏋️‍♀️ So ready to crank up this training and put up some real wieght.

Stilte til mitt aller første stevne i styrkeløft i dag, Regionsmesterskapet Østafjells. Målet med dagen var å få konkurranseerfaring. Svært fornøyd med resultatet; 110 kg i knebøy, 52,5 kg i benk og 145 kg i markløft. Totalt 307,5 kg noe som kvalifiserer til NM. 😊 Det ble også førsteplass, men siden jeg var eneste i min alders- og vektklasse så var ikke det så vanskelig! 🤣 Tusen takk til Morten Novum fra @drammensi som var en god lagleder som hjalp til med å holde nervene i sjakk.
