What my daily routine looks like:
When people ask me how I’m able to fit in eating 6 meals, they automatically assume that it’s because I spend all day at the gym and my entire life revolves around the gym. Or they assume I just work from home and have all the time in the world! So they feel like they can never relate to me! But once I tell them how crazy my day to day life is then they fell like “ wait a minute, I can do this”
So here is what typical day is for me:
🔸5am- try to wake up to go to gym or so Fasted Cardio
🔸3:30-5pm: is usually my time to run errands and go to appointments (doctor, physical therapy, nails, etc)
🔸5-7pm: is my time to train if I didn’t train in the morning
🔸7-9pm: is when I come home and prepare my meals for the next day, help my mom cook dinner, do house chores, feed the dogs, eat dinner with the family.
🔸9-11pm: I try to use this time to spend with the hubby and watch some TV. However, it always ends up being “Social Media time” where I post, answer any DMs or comments, write my blogs, film YouTube and answer any emails.
🔸11pm: I’m usually in bed by this time 👵🏼
