Well, our race at @utahmotorsportscampus didn’t go as planned. We started P8, and after everything sorted out in the beginning stages of the race we were running in P8 right behind @milesthornton72 with a comfortable gap behind us. The two of us linked up and pushed forward trying to run down 6th place as the race progressed. We clicked off some consistent laps and found ourselves set up for a 3 bike battle for P6 in the closing laps. That was my plan at that point anyway. There were a couple turns everyone was experiencing chatter in and I just ran it into one of those a little too hot and tucked the front over the bumps. I wasn’t on the paint or anything I just went in too deep. I’m ok, just frustrated with myself for not bringing home a result for my team and sponsors. Thank you to those who have reached out to check on me. And thank you to everyone for all the support and encouragement along this journey.
I hopped up and walked away without a scratch thanks to @racerglovesusa , @shoeihelmetsusa , @sidimotousa , and @daineseofficial.
I would also like to say thank you to @stickboyracing and @ridedunlop for their help in making this possible. - 10 hours ago
