I can definitely say that there is a lesson for us to learn in each and every day.
Some lessons are in situations or circumstances that invite us to choose for what we really want.
Some lessons you find in your own behavioral patterns.
Obviously, the list goes on, but I want to share one that I came across with yesterday.
I knew that I needed to finish off my a Youtube video and make it public. You can watch it here:
It’s about the emotional guidance system, which is very important to understand if you desire to create your ideal living, how accurate btw.
I will be honest, I had some hesitation for making it public. You know that is it good enough BullSh*t of the mind. Yes, I still have it, and it’s all about how you respond to it.
I knew I would do it, only I was avoiding it a little bit and this cost me to feel an unsatisfied feeling.
That I then translated in that I was in the mood for something sweet to eat.
Went out to get a Vegan donut, it was nice but the feeling was still there.
I was about to start finishing off the video, I went with the thought that I still need something.
As I was standing in the kitchen I realized that I wasn’t feeding my body, I had a very good lunch and a vegan donut, my body had enough.
This empty feeling, not feeling satisfied was there because I was avoiding my work internally, feeding my insecurity, feeding my emotion with sugar, like that would really make me feel good.., the easy way, to get that shot of fulfillment.
Which is not fulfilling at all, your soul doesn’t need sugar, neither does the body, not in this way anyway. But this is for another conversation.
It really hit me hard that I was feeding my emotional-body.
My ego almost won, only now I have a better awareness and next time that I “crave” sugar or something sweet again I can stop and pause, ask and check if that is really the case. >> Continue reading in comment << - 2 hours ago
