Hey folks I’ve been utterly crap at posting this week. It’s been a really busy one and I’ve been dealing with a bit of crap health wise. Went to the doctor on Tuesday to discuss latest blood test results re Hashimoto’s. My TSH and T4 levels are normal but my antibodies are crazy high. To put it in perspective, normal antibody readings are below 35. Mine were 1142 😬😬😬 Explains the chronic fatigue 🤦🏼♀️ Sooo.. now it’s a case of sticking with the supplements and looking into foods that I can eat or possibly avoid, in order to help increase my energy levels and immunity. Not much more I can do. Feeling a bit sorry for myself, I have to admit Haven’t completely fallen off the wagon food wise this week, but could have been better.
