It was my birthday today so I have been a little lax around making good food choices, still went to the gym this morning though!
Breakfast was toast with butter at Costa and an almond milk capuchino
I snacked on a plum, nectarine, apple, banana and a pear during the day. Went to the cinema to see secret life of pets 2 and had a big bag of Tesco salted popcorn and 4 squares of mint dark chocolate during the viewing
Dinner was Colman’s tuna and pasta bake with cheese and crunched up ready salted crisps on top. This used to be one of my favourite meals growing up but I stopped eating tuna a year or so ago because of over fishing. We had some in the cupboard so thought we could use it up! Definitely didn’t disappoint .
And then for pudding I had some cake. Not a major fan of chocolate cake so went for a Tesco finest carrot cake, I had half of it. I really wanted fruit cake topped with icing and marzipan but apparently that’s only available at Christmas 🤷♀️. Not sure on syn values for the day but who cares .
