This is the face of Monday: Going to the gym after work, haven’t worked out in three days, barely got dinner in the oven last night, traveled all weekend, the house is a mess, my dog could use a walk, ate a handful of nuts on the way over.... but here I am.
It takes consistency and actually enjoying the habits you are working on 🏼 and then suddenly just like a switch has flipped, you no longer feel the stress of making changes. This is just who you are now 🤷🏼♀️ The listed things at the top could also be viewed as reasons NOT TO go to the gym. Motivation isn’t necessarily the missing ingredient.
