33 days later.. moved to phase 2.5 today, which is just under full solids. so right now i can have soft, shredded proteins!
this is my first meal so far, still keeping everything to 3 ounces. so this is 2.6 ounces of grilled chicken, .2 ounces (literally one teaspoon worth) of mashed potato and sugar free BBQ sauce to soften the chicken and make sure it goes down smooth.
